Ultimate Honeymoon Destination

There are very few honeymoon destinations in the world where you can have the very best…

Adventure travel and the relaxation of being waited on hand and foot…

Not to mention the tropical beach on a paradise island!

However, there is one destination which allows you to experience the very best of adventure and relaxation.

Its Tanzania.

The Adventure Element

Tanzania is the perfect place for an adventurous honeymoon holiday. It is a destination where you can take on all kinds of different activities, such as mountain climbing, hot air ballooning, boating fishing trips and of course wildlife safaris!

Safaris are by far the most popular activity which honeymooners choose to do in Tanzania, this is because it is home to the greatest National Parks and Game Reserves in the world.

Picture yourself soaring above the clouds in a hot air balloon in the Serengeti – the wildlife and trees below looking like small dots from your aerial view. Or spotting a pack of the extremely rare and endangered African wild dogs whilst roaming the expansive lands of Selous Game Reserve. Or even standing on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, looking out onto the breath taking panoramic view of the crater floor below you, its surrounding walls around you, and the open sky above you.

People often assume that you have to stay in basic camping accommodation whilst on safari, and that the accommodation is not fit for honeymooners, but this could not be further from the truth! There are an amazing range of highly rated and luxurious lodges and tented camps both inside and just outside of the most popular National Parks and Game Reserves.

It’s Time to Relax!

After some time on safari, you will have become fatigued and be longing for a rest and some time to do absolutely nothing, and the paradise island of Zanzibar is the perfect place for you to do just this! You can stay at a beach side hotel, which has very colourful African décor and a swimming pool – which is heated by the African sun.

For breakfast, you will be treated to exotic tropical fruits such as papaya, mango and pineapple, and natural juices such as coconut, passion and orange, and for evening meals you will be able to select from a wide variety of sea foods, including freshly caught fish, lobster, octopus and calamari.

If you want to stray from your hotel for a walk, then the beautiful white sandy beaches and turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean await. Alternatively, you can take a stroll into the local village to see how the local people of Zanzibar live and the type of work they do on a day to dad basis.
