What do you do if you're a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals fan and you're getting married? For many, the answer is simple. Have a baseball themed wedding.

Don't get married on Opening Day!

Nothing shouts spring as clearly as the start of the baseball season – especially for those of us here in Saint Louis, Missouri.

We have a tendency to elevate America’s past-time to the Nth degree…

Add to this another World Championship, and it’s no surprise weddings at Busch Stadium are very popular in 2012.

There is even talk about making Opening Day a city-wide holiday.

I’m sure no one would argue otherwise, especially not those who spend days camping out for tickets.

So what do you do if you’re a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals fan and you’re getting married? For many, the answer is simple.

Baseball Wedding theme

Baseball themed weddings are growing in popularity because they allow the bride and groom to personalize their wedding day experience in a way that is truly unique, meaningful, and not to mention, fun!

Many professional ball parks now offer wedding and reception packages and Busch Stadium in St. Louis is no different. But you don’t have to spend an arm and a leg to show your love for the game.

Check out these fun ways to incorporate the magic of America’s past-time into your wedding day celebration:

Use Cracker Jacks or shelled peanuts in bags as reception favors. Of course, you probably wouldn’t want your guests to make a mess of your reception, so handing these out as a parting gift would be your best bet.

Set up your seating like a playing field and label tables by position. Home plate will represent the head table. If you have more tables than positions, there’s no problem with doubling them up.

Have your emcee announce your reception entrance like they would at the ballpark. You can really have fun with this one by playing organ music in the background and don’t forget to carry a bat on your shoulder.

Baseball themed groom’s cakes are always fun. There’s no limit to what you can do with a groom’s cake.

Your guests can sign a custom jersey, bat, or stack of baseballs as your guest book.

Serve ballpark themed appetizers like mini hot dogs, nachos, cotton candy, soft pretzels, and Coca Cola Classic in glass bottles.

If you’re having a hard time deciding, here’s proof that a baseball wedding can be very stylish. And these baseball invitations off Etsy are to die for.

Whether you want to serve a healthy menu or just save some cash, here are a four of our most favorite healthy wedding reception recipes.

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Food is an integral part of the wedding celebration.

Naturally, food plays a central role in most gatherings.

But whether your motivation is for healthier eating or saving cash, you have options when preparing and serving food for your upcoming nuptials.

One option for wedding food that often gets overlooked are those foods traditionally considered appetizers.

These foods, which many consider to be good healthy snacks at home, can be made quickly, easily, and many times inexpensively.

While choosing to go this route won’t keep your guests rooted in their chairs for a few hours, they will offer them the opportunity to wander around, visiting with the bride, groom, and likely friends and family they haven’t seen for years.

Favorite Wedding Recipes

So with that in mind, I picked some of my favorite healthy hors d’oeuvres (or at least relatively healthy) to share with you. These recipes are lower in fat and calories than some of the standard fare, with the added benefit of being easy and inexpensive to prepare. Enjoy.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe

Hot, rich and creamy spinach and artichoke dip is always a hit and one of my personal favorites. It’s versatile – can be served in a bread bowl with bread or in a festive container with carrots, celery, tortilla chips or even crackers. Spinach offers the added benefit of being one of nature’s natural metabolism boosters, but the fat and calories in the traditional dip can be a show stopper though. Here’s a recipe for a reduced fat and calorie version that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients:

1 small box (8-10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach

6 oz (¾ block) 1/3 less fat cream cheese

6 oz (¾ block) fat free cream cheese

½ cup fat free sour cream

1 ½ cup part skim mozzarella cheese

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper

3 cloves crushed garlic

½ cup Parmesan cheese, divided

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw and drain spinach. In large mixing bowl combine sour cream and cream cheeses with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Add spinach, mozzarella, artichokes, pepper, garlic & ¼ cup of the Parmesan. Stir all ingredients together until combined well. Put mixture into a 1 ½ quart baking dish. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top. Bake 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. Remove from oven & let cool 5-10 minutes before serving. Each ½ cup contains approximately 135 calories and 7 grams of fat.

Note: A full cup of Parmesan makes this dish even richer and creamier but also adds more fat and calories.

Tomato Basil Skewers Recipe

These are SO easy and quick! And they’re yummy. Arrange them on a platter, or insert the skewers into a cheese ball or pot with foam insert for a beautiful arrangement. You can also use different colored cherry or grape tomatoes if they’re available for a more colorful treat.

Ingredients:

wooden skewers (1 for each serving you wish to make)

cherry tomatoes (1 for each skewer)

fresh basil leaves (1 for each skewer)

small mozzarella ball (1 for each skewer)

extra virgin olive oil or Italian dressing to drizzle

coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation:
Roll up mozzarella balls, about ½ – ¾ inch in diameter. Slice tomatoes in half and layer pour ingredients; place onto skewer ½ of one tomato cut side up, basil leaf, mozzarella ball, and another ½ tomato cut side down. Drizzle with olive oil or Italian dressing. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Each skewer has approximately 46 calories, 3 grams of fat, 1 carb, & 3 grams of protein if using the extra virgin olive oil. Nutritional content will vary depending on whether you use oil or dressing and how much of either you drizzle.

Smoked Salmon and Cheese Mini Twice Baked Potatoes Recipe

If you’re looking for something “different” from the standard party fare to serve, give this recipe a try. It requires a little more prep time, and is a bit more expensive, but well worth both.

Ingredients:

6 small Yukon gold or red potatoes (about 2 pounds)

1 tsp olive oil

½ tsp salt divided

Cooking Spray

2 TBSP fat free milk

1 TBSP butter

½ tsp black pepper (freshly ground is best)

½ cup (2 oz) finely grated white cheddar cheese

2 TBSP finely chopped smoked salmon

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Rub potatoes with oil & sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt. Place potatoes on sprayed baking pan. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes or until tender. When potatoes are tender in the center, remove them from oven and cool for 10 minutes. Cut potatoes in half crosswise. Cut off a small portion of the rounded edge so the potato will stand upright. Carefully scoop out about 1 tsp pulp from each half, leaving the shells intact.

Combine potato pulp, milk, butter, pepper, cheese, and remaining ¼ tsp salt in a bowl. Spoon about 1 heaping tsp of the potato mixture into each potato shell. Place stuffed potatoes back onto pan and top with ½ tsp chopped salmon. Bake for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Each ½ potato contains approximately 96 calories, 2.9 grams of fat, 3.5 grams of protein, 13 grams of carbohydrates.

Bruschetta Recipe

One of my all time favorites. It makes a wonderful presentation and the flavor just explodes in your mouth and it’s so easy to make! Dried basil can be substituted for fresh, but the fresh really does make a huge difference in taste.

Ingredients:

6 Roma tomatoes, chopped

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup olive oil

2 TBSP Balsamic vinegar

¼ cup fresh basil, stems removed

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 French or Italian baguette

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation:
Preheat the oven on broiler setting. In a large bowl, combine the Roma tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper. Allow mixture to sit for 10 minutes. Cut the baguette into ¾ inch slices. Arrange baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Broil for 1-2 minutes, just until lightly toasted. Divide the tomato mixture evenly over the toasted baguette slices. Top slices with mozzarella cheese. Place slices back in oven and broil for approximately 5 more minutes, or just until cheese is melted.

Each slice contains approximately 215 calories and 9 grams of fat.

Weddings often take on a life of their own. Here are some common pitfalls to avoid as well as tips for creative wedding budgeting.

Creativity is a Good Thing

When Christina Mead was planning her August wedding, some web surfing savvy led her to Hawaii for flowers.

“We discovered we could order tropical flowers from Hawaii over the Internet cheaper than we could get them locally,” Mead said.

“The arrangements were not as large, but the bright colors and uniqueness made them very pretty.”

The Collinsville newlywed saved in other ways, too.

Forgoing a groom’s cake saved money on catering.

The reception site didn’t allow alcohol, so it was off to Sam’s Club for sodas. A shoe sale at DSW provided the perfect pumps. And all this meant that she and her intended could invite whomever they wanted.

“That was a choice of ours… we didn’t want to cut the guest list, so we cut in other areas,” Mead said. Even with champagne taste and a beer pocketbook, you can have the wedding of your dreams – if you exercise some creativity.

Budgeting is the primary step

“Sit down with everyone who is paying for the wedding,” said Denise Fields, co-author with her husband, Alan, of “Bridal Bargains” (Windsor Peak Press). Today, one-third of all couples pay for their own weddings, which average $19,945, according to “Bridal Bargains.”

For the majority, however, it is a combination of the bride’s parents and the bride and groom who foot the bill. So when it comes to planning, talk isn’t cheap – it’s essential. “When someone is kicking in some money, they may want a say in the process,” said Alan Fields.

Prioritizing is the other key to creating a wise wedding

Have you always dreamed of a horse and carriage? Or is your heart’s desire to have hordes of photographs to remember your special day? Give serious thought to what you really want. And work with the people you hire to help attain it. When meeting with vendors, Carley Roney, says do your homework first.

Make sure that what you want and what you can spend are realistic. “Challenge them if the estimates are too high by saying, ‘Help me–how can I achieve what I want with the money I have?’ ” Roney said.

More cost-cutting wedding ideas

All in the timing

Thinking about becoming a June bride? So is everyone else. Considering other times of the year may afford you more flexibility with your budget. “Wedding merchants have to pay their mortgage year-round. In January they are really lonely,” said Alan Fields. “The slowest times of the year to get married are October, November, January and February – except for Valentine’s Day.”

Off the beaten path

“There are amazing places to have a reception,” Alan Fields said. “People e-mail us all the time about zoos, museums. These are all very affordable alternatives.”

Beer vs. liquor

Think about what’s quicker. “Most people believe that a beer and wine reception is cheaper, but hotel staff tell me that isn’t true. People consume more beer and wine than hard liquor. As a result that bar tab is higher,” said Sue Winner, a wedding consultant in Sandy Springs and author of “The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Budgeting for Your Wedding” (Macmillan USA, $16.95).

As for the popularity of cash bars, Winner warns that you wouldn’t invite people to your home and make them pay, so you shouldn’t invite them to your wedding and charge. Instead, she said if you can’t afford liquor, punch is proper.

With the end in mind

Keep sight of your long-term goals as a couple. Going into debt for the perfect wedding is never advised. “Keep that budget in your face. You want a house someday, which is a worthwhile goal,” Denise Fields said.

Weddings often take on a life of their own, and it’s hard not to get carried away by expenses. So, the Fields suggest keeping in mind the importance of the special day. “The goal is to see two people married and have a party (within their budget),” said Denise Fields. “It is the being married part that is really cool.”

Wedding Toast

Toasting to the bride and groom is a wedding tradition that still remains intact today.

It’s a chance for close friends and family members to congratulate the newly married couple.

It also gives the couple the opportunity to thank their guests for joining them on their special day.

Wedding toasts are one of the main elements that make a wedding memorable, so it’s important to get it right.

Although most people are aware of wedding ceremony etiquette, they usually don’t pay much attention to wedding toast etiquette.

This could wind up creating a disastrous outcome.

Besides making it heartfelt and reasonably appropriate, guests should follow the guidelines listed below if they want to create a memorable, enjoyable toast.

Wedding Toast Guidelines

Don’t ramble: While recounting funny or memorable stories about the bride and groom is perfectly acceptable, nobody wants to sit there and listen to someone go on and on about inside jokes and personal stories. People are there to enjoy the wedding, not an hour long discourse. Keep the toast short and sweet and avoid using “inside jokes” that nobody understands.

Avoid inappropriate stories: Sure, there are probably several side-splitting, hilariously amusing stories about the bride and groom that many people would love to hear; however, it is extremely inappropriate to bring up embarrassing or raunchy stories during a wedding toast. You will not only embarrass yourself in front of an entire audience, but you will likely embarrass the bride and groom which is a huge wedding “no-no”.

Don’t use bad language: Even if you use bad language frequently in your everyday speech, make sure you clean it up for the wedding toast. Using foul language during your toast will not only award you awkward looks from the crowd but it also makes you sound classless. Not to mention, there are grandparents and young children in the audience that will likely be highly offended by your inappropriate language.

Don’t memorize your toast: While it’s good to practice and have an idea of what you want to say, don’t memorize your toast word for word. Simply know the gist of what you want to say and let your genuine feelings of the moment shine through. The bride and groom will see your sincerity and your raw emotions will touch the audience.

Never refuse to participate: Even if you are extremely shy and start sweating at the thought of speaking in front of a large group, it’s important to say at least a few words if you get called upon to make a toast. Simply saying “congrats” or “I am so happy for you guys” will suffice; but not saying anything will turn a sweat moment sour.

Don’t worry about forgetting your toast or dealing with nervous jitters. If you are relaxed and speak from the heart, your toast will be great. Guests enjoy listening to a sincere toast that’s short and sweet with spurts of humor; so inject your personality into the toast and end on positive note.

Wedding Chair Back Bows

Don’t just provide seating at your wedding.

You can turn the very chairs you use to seat your guests into stylish, fashion accessories.

Your wedding is quite literally the stuff of dreams.

You will do well to heed the advice of designers on how to make the occasion one that you can be proud of for a lifetime.

So whether you are getting married yourself or are helping someone plan their own wedding…

Here are five tips for making beautiful chair back bows for a wedding.

Stick with the theme, and get permission.
It may sound obvious, but you would be surprised at how many bridal planners try to accent a theme with something new, only to end up being read the riot act by a raging bridezilla on the morning of the big day. Chair back bows are great, but if you are helping decorate another woman’s wedding, make sure you run the idea by her first!

Ribbons are typically what decorators will use to create memorable wedding chair covers, but don’t forget that size matters! Simple bows have a way of subtly accenting the chairs of the general populace, but you are going to want something bigger and better for the bride and groom. Huge bows and ribbons can be used to signify that something special is happening at that table.

Choose your fabric wisely.
Not every bride is going to have a white and poofy dress with sequins—some want leather! While you will not be able to get too creative with a conventional wedding, consider what kind of fabric will best go with the given theme. Satin and lace type fabrics are great, but they are only a few of the many options you have at your disposal.

Don’t forget the pillows.
Finding a way to match decorative pillows or seat covers with the bows you have created is a great way to take your design to the next level. Cushions don’t need to be anything fancy, but if you can find something simple that matches the style of your other decorations a pillow on the seat and a bow on the chair back is an eye-popping, one-two combination.

Flowers as the finishing touch.
Most wedding planners will use flowers on table tops as a standard fashion accessory, but adding a small floral arrangement to the chair back bows is something your guests won’t be expecting. Garlands, leis, or corsage type arrangements can make a wonderful way to literally liven up the decor by adding the beauty only a living flower can provide.

If you want to eschew the formality that dominates most receptions in favor of something more laid back, here's how to decorate on the down low.

Introducing for the first time...

Choosing the decorations for your reception is one of the most fun aspects of planning your big day (right after picking the dress).

And while it seems simple enough to set out tables and chairs around a dance floor, complete with floral arrangements and place settings…

Many modern brides are opting to mix it up in order to create an atmosphere that speaks to their own personal aesthetic, including style and comfort.

So if you want to eschew the formality that dominates most traditional receptions in favor of something a little more laid back (and frankly, a little more “you”), then here are a few suggestions to make your hall look great even as you keep it on the down-low.

How to Decorate Your Reception

Seating
Stiff-backed folding chairs and a regimented seating chart do not induce a feeling of comfort and relaxation. Instead of going for this staid form of seating, opt instead for something a bit cushier, as in, with cushions. Check out a furniture rental facility to see about getting some comfy couches, chairs, and recliners for your space. Or if you have an outdoor reception, place cushioned patio furniture under tents. You might even go harem-style and lay piles of pillows under canopies of gauzy fabric. Whatever you choose, it will provide your guests with an atmosphere more conducive to socialization.

Lighting
Many wedding receptions suffer from extreme lighting. They either take place in a hall that is positively doused in fluorescent light (which is not flattering in photos) or they go the other way and provide only candlelight, which, while romantic, will likely result in more than a few drunken face-plants. So go for a combination of ambient lighting (if possible) or soft overhead lights, along with some strategically-placed candles to provide the romantic glow you desire.

Service
Waiters in penguin suits are pretty standard fare for most weddings, but consider embracing a less stodgy theme. In case you didn’t know, all waiters are actors-in-training, so hire some performers (in costume) to handle the food service. You could go with harem girls clad like I Dream of Jeannie, a cadre of old-west bar-keeps and can-can dancers, or even the butt-kicking baddies from Street Fighter or Tekken. You’ll pay a few extra bucks for this type of service, but it could make your event a lot more fun (and definitely less formal).

Music
Skip the classic wedding sap and go for something that suits your tastes. You could choose a theme (like the ‘80s or big band) or simply plug in your iPod on shuffle. However, you might want to plan for at least a couple of traditional dances (with your new spouse, a parent, etc.) by throwing in a couple of traditional songs such as the Etta James classic “At Last” or a few sweet Beatles tunes (“In My Life” is fantastic for your first dance as a married couple).

Food
If you’re not going to go with tables and chairs, don’t make the food too fussy. Finger foods are a good option, and buffet style will allow people to choose whatever they want. One trend that has become fairly popular is tapas (appetizers only) and of course, the chocolate fountain is practically a must these days. In short, you have a lot of options for customization, so don’t hesitate to think outside the box when it comes to style, comfort, and a reception that is totally you.

Want to become the life of your reception? Even if parties just aren’t your thing and you naturally kinda detest crowds of people, we can help.

Put shyness in a box and pack it away.

Let’s face it, attending your own wedding reception is rather inevitable.

For some, the reception is the best part of the entire day, it’s what they’ll most look forward to, and it’s where the wedding will finally come together.

The band, the dancing, the partying, there are people who live for this stuff.

BUT, if you aren’t the bubbly go-get-em socialite who thrives off of large crowds or throngs of dancers, there’s a good shot that your impending reception is causing some uneasiness or possibly even severe stress in your life.

Not only does shying away from the partying cause you to feel uncomfortable and create undue stress for you and your spouse-to-be, it will mean you miss out on time with your guests, who are, after all, there to see you.

If this sounds like you at all, here are some simple steps to become the life of your reception, even if parties just aren’t your thing and you naturally kinda detest crowds of people.

Getting Out & About, Now

It doesn’t matter if your wedding is a year away or a month away, one of the best things you can do is to start getting out now and putting yourself in uncomfortable situations. (It doesn’t sound fun, I know, but it will pay off). If it’s the noise that gets to you, start spending one night a week in some noise-intense environments.

If it’s the small talk that makes your skin crawl, start hanging out in all the places where you would have an opportunity to engage in random conversations. If you’re anxious about something like dancing, go sign up for lessons! It’s a rule of thumb, the more you engage in something, the more comfortable it becomes. Who knows, by the time your reception rolls around, you might actually be able to enjoy it.

Try and Eliminate Potential Stressors

There are bound to be things you’re worried about, and those are going to contribute to your overall doom and gloom about the reception. And, if they pan out, they will certainly be more likely to make you turn into a wallflower at your own party.

But, remember this: nothing makes it easier to contribute to being the life of the party then being at ease. So, make a list of your biggest fears. For the ones you can potentially eliminate, do so as soon as possible. I.e.: you’re worried about having to make a toast.

Solution: speak with the entire wedding party and voice your concern, asking for their assurance they will not call upon you for an impromptu speech.

For stressors that are out of your control (your uncle has a little too much champagne and stands up for his own impromptu speech), make a list of the worst that could happen, and what you’ll do in that event (the second best man will know to escort him outside immediately).

Or, you trip walking down the aisle (you get back up and keep walking, of course!). If you’re prepared to meet any potential problem, you’ll relax. If you’re relaxed, you’re bound to have more fun.

Focus on Your Other Half

Remember: you’re a team in this. Your partner is why you’re there, your partner is what makes your world the best world it can be, and he or she will want you to enjoy yourself, which will mean they can enjoy themselves too. If one of you is stressed, uneasy and anxious, then chances are pretty good that it’s going to be contagious. Don’t let that happen!

Don’t allow the day to be about you and your fears or distaste for crowds and parties. When you take the focus off of yourself and put it elsewhere, you’ll be amazed at what can happen.

And remember, bottom line: your reception is a celebration of your love. What could be better to celebrate? Keep that in your mind at all times, and chances are, no matter happens and no matter how big the crowd is, you’re going to be really, really happy.

Planning your winter wedding including venue considerations, ceremony ideas, reception tips, winter colors, and more for a romantic event.

Many brides-to-be opt for the unexpected by planning a winter wedding. The festive air of the holiday season lends a unique, romantic spirit and joy to cold-weather nuptials.

For many couples, the splendor of snow-capped trees, crisp, bracing air, and shimmering icicles serve as a lovely and unforgettable backdrop for wedding photos. While an outdoor ceremony may be out of the question at this time (depending on the climate of your chosen locale), there are many great ways to incorporate the scenic loveliness of winter into your ceremony and reception.

Winter Venues

Your venue is very important at this time of year – a church wedding can be romantic at a country chapel, where nature is shown off to its best advantage. A civil ceremony can take place in any appealing location – be sure that any building your choose for your ceremony is very comfortable, with proper heating, lighting, and all the amenities.

Your guests may arrive at your ceremony from windy, cold weather – and they may need to wear heavy boots and coats. You will need to have everything in place for them – make sure they can put their belongings somewhere safe, and that there is a place for them to freshen up before the ceremony.

Making every guest’s comfort a priority will ensure a happy event. Mulled wine and warm cider should be given to your friends and family as they prepare for the ceremony. Make it special with pretty crystal or glass goblets and punchbowls. By ensuring a pleasant beginning for guests, you will help them to relax and unwind before your special day.

Winter Wedding Ceremony

For the ceremony itself, you can consider a Christmas or Hanukah theme (or any other faith that celebrates at this time of year). However, it may be better to keep the decorations wedding-related. White and silver can be beautiful choices for decorations, although white flowers may not be your best bet – they are lovely, but their symbolism is rather dark. Consider classic red roses and silver and white ribbons, tablecloths, and vases.

Frosted glass decorations are inspired by the weather outside, and they will beautiful with white and silver accents. Choosing a color scheme, such as crimson and white, or emerald green and silver, will borrow from winter nature, with its icicles, leaves and berries. Even plaid or tartan can look wonderful, if you are of Celtic heritage. For a winter wedding, tartan looks fresh, seasonal, and very appropriate for napkins and wedding favors.

If you are of Irish, Scottish, or Welsh heritage, consider going all out with a Celtic theme for your wedding. You can choose Celtic wedding bands or Claddagh rings to exchange. A veil of snow-white Irish lace can be very romantic. Satin or white velvet gloves, or even a dramatic cape, can add wintry details and make the bride-to-be’s entrance more dramatic and romantic.

Winter Colors

For couples of any background, the beauty of jewels tones will work well for ties, bouquets, other floral arrangements, and even bridal jewelry. Jewel tones, such as ruby red, sapphire blue, and emerald green, work perfectly in winter, when skin tones tend to be paler. These shades will liven up the skin and add a vibrant, festive feeling.

Consider the jewel tone that is most flattering to your own coloring. Blondes will look lovely with sapphire pendants, or sashes. Brunettes will be radiant in red, and redheads will look lovely with an emerald engagement ring or earrings. The groom’s ensemble should be matched to the brides for the best effect.

Winter Photos

After your ceremony, brave the cold to capture the beauty of winter in your wedding photographs. It’s best to use a professional photographer if you can afford it. They will know how to get the most romantic effects from sparkling snowdrifts and grey or blue-grey skies. If you’re marrying at night (a romantic idea), light the venue with candles, and then perhaps have some photos taken by candlelight as well…

Winter Wedding Reception

Your reception should feature warming foods that inspire comfort and well being. Mulled wine, cider, and classic ales will appeal…poultry, fish, or red meat should be roasted or braised and served with root vegetables for a pretty, rustic effect. Anything goes for dessert.

Make sure to have plenty of water and fresh fruit on hand for dehydrated guests – winter can be drying. Your cake can be a wonderful winter-inspired creation – silver sugar snowflakes, marzipan berries in rich red…anything goes. Have fun with it!

Planning a winter wedding can be a truly amazing experience. Images of horse-drawn sleighs and crackling fires can be used as inspiration. Once you’ve taken care of your guest’s comfort, you can concentrate on enjoying this special day and festive season.
